At Kokolani, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and reach you in a timely manner. Please read the following shipping policy to understand the details regarding shipping times, address accuracy, lost or stolen packages, and associated costs.

Shipping Timeframes

All orders within North America are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that the shipping timeframe begins on the day after your order is received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

While we make every effort to ship your products within the specified timeframe, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Shipping Costs

 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $5.99. We offer free shipping for orders of $75 or more (before taxes). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. We rely on the information provided to us to ensure successful delivery.

In the event that a package is returned to Kokolani due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of redelivery. Kokolani is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Kokolani is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, Kokolani only ships within North America. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We look forward to expanding our services and offering international shipping in the near future.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kokolani, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality make-up, beauty, and hair products that meet their expectations. We understand that sometimes, life happens. However, beauty and hair products are considered personal care items. To protect the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not offer exchanges nor returns. All sales are final.

 

  1.  We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on shipping and handling charges as they are non-refundable.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns, as they are unauthorized.

  3. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  4. If there is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will take immediate steps to resolve the issue.

  5. To initiate the process for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support team at support@kokolani.com. You must provide relevant details, including your order number, date of order, date received, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs, if applicable.
